My brother Christopher Betts goes to this school and I cheer for Mattamuskeet Lakers and we are totally gonna win on the 28th of September !!!!
I moved into the area in the late 1980's and thought my children would kill me when they saw the school. It was old but plans for new buildings were in the making. Because of the smallness my daughter had to take a few classes by satellite (no internet then). She graduated at the top of her class and now teaches in another county. Her two sons have grown up in Creswell and both are at the top of their classes in high school now. As one review put it there is a lack of parental involvement not just in school activities but also with their own children. Classes are small so that is good on one had but because of the size there are classes that my grandsons have to take on the internet. It's all what you (the student and parent) put into it.
